Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: 

The promotion is open to New Zealand and Australian residents.

2. Promotion Period:

The giveaway runs from December 1st  2024to February 28th 2025.

3. Entry Requirements:

To enter the draw, customers must book a rental vehicle with Snap Rentals and provide the email address used for the booking by scanning the QR code in the branch. Each booking constitutes one entry into the draw.

4. Giveaway Details:

Five BBQ packages will be given away, with winners announced in late December, late January (two winners), and late February. The retail price of the giveaway package is not exchangeable for cash or any other product or service.

5. Prize Collection:

Winners residing in New Zealand will need to collect their prize from the nearest Snap Rentals branch. Winners residing in Australia will receive their prize via direct shipping to the address provided during entry.

6. Product Responsibility:

Snap is not responsible for any damage or malfunction of the prize. Any issues related to the Weber BBQ package must be directed to Weber’s customer service.

7. Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Snap reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Modification of Terms:

Snap reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, without prior notice.

9. Acceptance of Terms:

By entering the draw, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to receive promotional communications from Snap.

10. Discount of 10% off:

Only valid when booking online and cannot be used/applied when collecting the vehicle or in conjunction with any other promotion. Subject to vehicle availability.
