AFTER HOURS PICK UPS IN QUEENSTOWN
If you are collecting your vehicle outside of our business hours of 8am - 5pm in Queenstown, you need to know that our vehicle collection is self service - this means:
You must make your own way to the depot - no airport shuttle can be provided outside of business hours
You must be contactable via email on the day before/of your collection - this is so we can ensure your rental agreement is signed & you can receive the self service lockbox code

SELF SERVICE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
To make your self service vehicle collection as simple as possible, make sure you have done the following:

completed our online check in

take extra note that you have paid for booking & have loaded a credit card in the main hirer's name into our online check in form

planned your transport to the depot - remember, our shuttle service is not operational outside of business hours
If you've taken care of the above, your self service pick up should be easy as! Read on below for more instructions:
1.) On The Day Of Your Vehicle Pickup:
On the morning of your hire, you will receive an email from our team requesting you to electronically sign your rental agreement.
This agreement must be signed by 4pm NZT on the afternoon prior to your vehicle collection - failure to do this will result in your booking being cancelled.
2.) At Pick Up Time - Make Your Way To The Depot:
When it's time to pick up your vehicle, please make your way to our depot at:
5 Glenda Drive
Frankton
Queenstown
Then locate our after hours kiosk (see the photo at the top of this page) - you can find it directly on your right as you go through the entry gate, against the black wall.
3.) Enter Your Lockbox Code:
Check your emails for an email from info@snaprentals.co.nz with the subject line "Instructions for picking up your vehicle".
This email (see example below) contains your lockbox code (yellow) and lockbox letter (blue). Enter the code provided into the lockbox letter indicated in the email, followed by the unlock button.
The lockbox will then be unlocked - simply pull the front of the lockbox towards you to reveal your keys.
4.) Enjoy your Journey!
Once you have your keys, your vehicle will be parked directly in the parking lot behind you.
