Accessing, Correcting or Deleting Your Personal Information
Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Act, you have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that we hold, request a correction to your personal information or request for your personal information to be deleted.. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates.
In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction. If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.
In respect of a request for deletion, please note that personal information such as contact details and payment information cannot be deleted until 90 days have passed since your most recent vehicle drop off. This 90 day period is required to allow for any infringement processing following your vehicle hire.

We may charge you our reasonable costs of providing to you copies of your personal information or correcting that information.

If you place make a booking for a vehicle through this website, our Terms of Service will apply to your order.

While we will do our best to make sure the Car Subscription Service website is available and running smoothly, we can’t guarantee that you will be able to use this website at all times, or that it will be uninterrupted, 100% accurate, or error free.
If we have reason to believe that you may have breached these Website Terms of Use, we may block or restrict your access to this website.

Our website uses both non-persistent and persistent cookies to manage visits to the website. Non-persistent cookies are temporary and are deleted when a browser session is closed and persistent cookies are used in order that third party vendors, such as Google, can serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to our website.
