Our Auckland city depot is located between the CBD & Parnell - about a 15 minute walk from the city's main street, Queen Street. Picking Up Between 8:00am - 5:30pm:
Simply visit our Auckland City branch between our business hours as above and your car will be ready for you. Be sure to have your licence handy as we need to check this before providing you with your rental car.
After Hours Pick Ups:
Unfortunately no after hours pick ups are available from our Auckland City branch. If you think you might be late to pick up your rental car, please give us a call to let us know and we can talk through possible solutions.

Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refuelling charge ($25). The nearest gas station to our Auckland City branch is the Z station on Beach Road (2 mins from our Auckland City branch)

Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed or anything, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge.
After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2 minute final handover process and your away!
